The Aftermath of The Nap Concert

The very first Nap Concert was a dream come true!!

We sold out two weeks before the doors even opened, and the room filled with people who showed up in their best pajamas, ready to rest, connect, and be human together.

What I’ll remember most is the hugs. The kindness. The way strangers became friends. Guests told me they felt connected and restored.

That is the heartbeat of the Nap Concert.

What We Learned

The debut Nap Concert was also a masterclass in my personal growth and leadership. I learned how to form and lead a steering committee, wrestle with a budget under inflation, fundraise, and gather donations. I learned to value feedback (and pay attention to details!!), and I learned how to focus.

The Future of the Nap Concert

Holiday 2025 — Only two lucky businesses will host The Nap Concert: Holiday Edition (and the Holiday LUXE Edition) this winter. These turn-key corporate wellness experiences are priced at $8,500 and $10,000, and they offer companies a premium way to show employees they are valued during the busiest season of the year.

Spring 2026 — The next public Nap Concert is already slotted for next spring. Stay tuned…

Beyond — I dream of scaling the Nap Concert into a festival. Imagine hundreds, even thousands, pausing together in an open field. A collective act of rest. A cultural reset.

Scaling with Intention

The Nap Concert naturally wants to live at two scales:

  • Intimate: A circle of 20–50 people, where the power is in closeness and calm.

  • Grand: A festival-like gathering where many rest together in a wide-open space.

What it isn’t built for is the middle—crowds of a couple hundred in a conventional concert hall. The magic is either in intimacy or spectacle, never diluted in between.

How You Can Help

The Nap Concert grows through community. Here’s how you can be part of it:

  • Open doors: Connect me to companies and decision-makers ready to invest in employee well-being.

  • Keep the story alive: Share what you experienced. Your words are the most powerful marketing tool.

  • Stay close: There is more coming—seasonal editions, retreats, and, someday, the festival.

The Nap Concert was once just an idea. Because of your belief, it’s now a moment. And we are only just beginning the revolution.
